Purchased car back in July 2019 and have been working to clean it up and get it back out to the track. Car ran a best of 12.4 with the new Ramsdell built A413, but was pig rich on the top end. Time to get this thing into the 11's.

Little bit changed from 2006. The stock 2.2 dropped a valve, and I sold the black '87 SC and moved the power plant into this car since it was shiny. Some upgrades occured in the process including a new Fluidyne radiator from Bad Ass Performance, a T3/T4 hybrid turbo, external wastegate set up, and a full on race fuel system including Walbro 255L pump in a new tank with -8 AN feed into a TU extruded fuel rail, Aeromotive AFPR, and a -6 AN return line. First trip to the track with it showed scary EGT's and it turned out the stock in tank pump had expired. The external pump was pulling through the dead pump!

Much better, more room compared to the cramped stock engine bay below. Amazing how much extra "stuff" Chrysler crammed in there.

New instrumentation, plus converted stock gauges to white to match.

I lost an eBay auction for this car in March 2006, but the high bidder backed out of the sale. I was then offered the car, and was able to haggle the price lower than my original bid. Car was shipped from Connecticut to Chicago in April.
Car is very clean, and the only thing missing is the tape stripes bordering the skunk strip. The interior is mint, with near perfect CS stitching in the headrests. Car is fully stock, and will probably remain that way. Even the A/C is charged and working.
